Saturday Parkrun Plus

Saturday Interval Training - All abilities catered for by our qualified coach.  Content of the session will vary and will include hill training, pyramid running etc.  

If you want to produce faster race times or build your power & strength, this is the session for you.

Meet at the Cassiobury Park Bandstand at 9:45am prompt, post Parkrun.  

Its not compulsory to have done the Parkrun first!
