Saturday Parkrun Plus

Saturday Interval Training - All abilities are catered for by our qualified coaches.  Content of the session will vary and will include hill training, pyramid running etc.  

If you want to produce faster race times or build your power & strength, this is the session for you.

We meet in Cassiobury Park at the first path crossroads near the Stratford Way entrance to the the park opposite the Cha Cha Cha cafe at 9:45am prompt, post Parkrun.  

Its not compulsory to have done the Parkrun first!
