5 miles cross-country, including parkland, tracks and footpaths. In and around Cassiobury Park and Whippendell Woods. Start situated at the Langley Way entrance to the park |

Changing at Sun Postal Sports Club. Fully marshalled course. Refreshments afterwards. |
Prizes: |
Trophy for the first scoring team of 3 men and one for the first scoring team of 3 ladies. The Autumn Challenge Trophy will be contested by teams comprising two vet men, one vet lady, one other lady and two other runners. Individual prizes for category winners. Memento to all finishers. |
