Club Awards: Claim Form
There are two types of award you can claim each year: Beechnut and/or Motiv-8. Please read through the information on Club Awards to understand the rules for each award. It is possible to claim two Beechnut Awards within the same year, if you changed age category during that year, but only if you completed the required number of races for each of the awards!!
Note, the validity of your claim will be checked against the results held under your name on the website! If you have not already done so, please enter your race results before completing and submitting this form!!
